DHL Shipping Account Details

 
The Unified Shipment Tracking Push API is only available to direct DHL customers. Selecting “No” means your organization is not a direct customer and does not hold DHL shipping accounts, so we can't approve the request until a valid business justification is provided.

The business justification you provided will be reviewed however, there is no fixed timeline for the evaluation. As a result, your ticket will be temporarily closed, and we will reach out once there is progress.

NOTE: Subscriptions on Account ID requires a subscription. Subscriptions on Shipment ID should be the number of shipments created per day. The rate limit is associated with the calls done from the user to the API, it does not limit the messages that the API will send to the Webhook system; those have no restriction.

Only numbers allowed. No calls-per-second setting can be requested.
