Navigate to your profile on the Portal to view your existing applications.

Each application includes at least one API Key and an API Secret. The API Key is the primary credential required to access most APIs hosted on our Portal. Depending on the specific API, you may also need to use the API Secret. To ensure proper authentication, we recommend reviewing the “Get Access” and “Authentication” sections of the API documentation.

Tip: In some cases, the API Key and Secret provided in your application may not be required. Certain APIs issue separate, dedicated credentials for access.

API Status

There are multiple API statuses on our API Developer Portal:

► Enabled

Enabled Status indicates that your API instance is fully active and ready for use with the credentials provided (such as API Key, API Secret, or other authentication details).

► Pending

Pending Status indicates that an API instance has been added to your application but is not yet available for use. This typically occurs when certain onboarding requirements have not been fulfilled or while the API management team is still processing your request.

Tip: Review the “Get Access” section of the API documentation carefully to ensure you have completed all necessary steps and are on the right track.

► Disabled

Disabled Status indicates that the API instance associated with your application is no longer valid. This can occur if access has been revoked by the API management team or as part of an automated process. Additionally, certain API instances have an expiration date; once this date passes, the status will automatically change to Disabled.
